Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds Policy (Legacy Co)

At Legacy Co, returns are simple. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—fast.

Hassle-free returns (change of mind)

  • Return eligible items within [30] days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags/hygiene seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by the customer (unless required otherwise by law).

Underwear / hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, underwear can’t be returned for change of mind once opened or tried on.
If your underwear is faulty or not as described, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item? We’ll sort it.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video.
We’ll organise a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We can exchange (subject to stock availability) within [30] days, provided the item is in return-ready condition.

How to start a return (it takes 1 minute)

Email LEGACYCOOFFICIAL@OUTLOOK.COM with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’re returning

  • Reason (optional)

We’ll reply with the return steps.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow [5–10] business days for your bank/payment provider to finalise it.

Notes on shipping fees

  • Original shipping fees aren’t refunded for change-of-mind returns.

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return postage where applicable.
